Located on the other side of the Potomac River from Georgetown in Arlington, Virginia sits The Waterview Condo Residences.  The Waterview Condos are in Rosslyn, the first stop outside of the District of Columbia on the orange and blue metro lines.  Waterview offers its residents the chance to not only lead a luxurious condominium life, but also gives them the opportunity to have access to the various hotel services at the Hotel Palomar, located at the building’s base.

Rosslyn is more of a business district, with large blocks and buildings.  Restaurants in Rosslyn are terrific, and the bar nightlife right across the bridge in Georgetown is always busy.
