Lots of Interesting DC Real Estate Info in Yesterday’s Washington Examiner

Now let me start off by saying that when it comes to Metro newspapers, I’m an Express guy, not an Examiner guy.  But yesterday I was going to lunch alone(how pathetic does that sound?) at the Well Dressed Burrito in Dupont and decided to pick up some reading material.  You know, so that while I was eating I wouldn’t be seen by others as pathetic, but instead as an intellectual.

For some reason, I don’t think I succeeded in either platform.

But, to get back to the story, I had already scanned the day’s Express, so I was looking for a different lunch date.  Preferably one with long dark hair, a nice smile, and…oops, I mean…with articles that I hadn’t already read.

So I picked up an Examiner, with little to no expectations other than I wouldn’t be staring into space while stuffing barbecue pork in my face.

DC Condos

Turned out, it was the Examiner’s “Home-Buyer” edition, stacked with a variety of different articles about the DC real estate and DC Condominium markets.

Here are several links to articles from that Examiner that I suggest to read, whether you’re eating lunch with others or are a loner like me:

Demand for Town Homes leads Real Estate Recovery

Mortgage Rates Still Low, but Rules Remain Tight

Conversions can be the Place for Uncommon Convenience and Style
