Logan Circle
According to a first quarter survey by the research firm Delta associates, the supply of unsold condo units in the Greater Washington DC area is shrinking. At the current pace, there is now 6.4 years worth of overall inventory, down from eight years worth earlier this year. Maryland seems to be improving at a faster pace than Virginia, and condo sales have experienced less of a price decline than single family homes. Maryland’s statistics are boosted by demand in Prince George’s county for the National Harbor complex.
In Washington DC itself, the Logan Circle area is an attractive choice for urban condo dwellers, and now is the time to buy. Take a look at Renaissance at Logan, which is now doing quite a bit with open houses and showings. They are represented by UrbanLand Company, and you can see their website here.
Also, take a look at Fennessy Lofts, located just below Logan Circle. Fennessy Lofts are represented by DC Real Estate.
