There’s something about the neighborhood that I just love.  The location is absolutely fantastic, and truly allows residents to walk wherever they wish in the city.  The community is one that is small, yet complete, and should you wish to break out, neighborhoods like U Street and Dupont are right around the corner.

According to Sarah Krouse of the Washington Business Journal, JBG Cos. “closed on its purchase of Swann Drycleaners, the last parcel needed for its condominium project on the site of the historic Whitman-Walker Clinic”.
