New to the DC condominium market is a unit in the Cleveland Terrace building in Cleveland Park NW.
Cleveland Park is a quaint town in the middle of Washington, DC. Set between Woodley Park and Van Ness, Cleveland Park offers its residents the opportunity to live in a suburban setting in the city. Connecticut Avenue runs straight through the small neighborhood, and a three block stretch of the road holds all of the community’s restaurants and shops.
Cleveland Park definitely houses a slightly older crowd than its surrounding areas. Bordered by the …

We at CondoDomain DC and DC CondoLoft are always looking to find what the next big DC neighborhood will be. With gentrification being so common in the District, it could be viewed as a sort of DC hobby, there’s always a neighborhood that is ready to break out.

Several days I ago I wrote a post about the Mount Pleasant community in NW DC. Sandwiched between Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan, and Cleveland Park in NW Washington, DC, Mount Pleasant is often an afterthought in the minds of those searching for a DC home.
It shouldn’t be though. Mount Pleasant offers a different kind of living than many DC neighborhoods can. Rolling green fills the community, and strikingly large trees tower over the area’s roads, far different than areas like Foggy Bottom and Chinatown that are covered …
