A brilliantly modern condominium located in Chinatown is available for purchase $2,495,000. Props to UrbanTurf for profiling the property and bringing it to our attention. The Chinatown condo, which is located at 475 H Street NW, looks simply incredible, but, as UrbanTurf pointed out it is a unit for a buyer with a specific taste.

The location of the unit is spectacular, and perfect for someone who wants to be in the center of downtown. It is within blocks of the National Mall, all of Gallery Place’s restaurants and bars, and other downtown communities like Penn Quarter. The condominium was formerly part of a row house, but was split up into two individual condo units.
This unit is top portion of the rowhouse, while the bottom part is 1,600 square-feet and is currently used by Chinatown Coffee Company for commercial space. Supposedly, if the commercial unit tickles your fancy, it can be converted to residential if you so desire.
