City Vista DC Condos

Cool piece by Will Smith at UrbanTurf from yesterday.
Smith explores the connection between the introduction of grocery stores to certain DC neighborhoods and the subsequent rise of the community’s they call home.
“Recent examples abound: the “urban lifestyle” Safeway in the ground floor of CityVista at 5th and L Street NW is always one of the first amenities cited by residents of Mount Vernon Triangle,”  Smith wrote.  ”In rapidly changing but oft-overlooked Southwest, the neighborhood is abuzz over the sparkling new renovation of an existing Safeway that was long derided as …

Metropole Condos

One of the most prominent and eye-catching buildings in the neighborhood is the Metropole.

The Metropole …

New DC condominiums could be headed to the 14th Street Corridor.

The 14th Street Corridor has been one of the hottest neighborhoods in DC during the recent condo craze. Because of its location in the heart of Downtown DC, but also its small-town, community feel, the 14th Street neighborhood has become one of the …

Check out our 14th and P Street community profile video below.  Located in between Dupont Circle and Logan Circle, it may seem a bit narrow to single out a specific block for a community profile video.  But the 14th and P Street area is really neat and its packed with places to wine, dine, and have fun.  See for yourself here!:

At 1515 P Street, Metropole is one of the state-of-the-art DC condo properties in the area, but there are many more. Check out all of our properties surrounding the …

Metropole DC Condos are super modern

At 1515 15th Street, Metropole condos in Logan Circle has its own little community right outside its front door.  The Metropole structure itself features not only brilliant DC Condos, but also a Vida fitness, an Aura spa, and a Bang Salon.  Right on the same street as Metropole is a hardware store, liquor store, and a brilliantly large Whole Foods that puts most other grocery shopping outlets in DC to shame.
Metropole offers one and two bedroom condominiums, some of which have dens.  The design at Metropole is uber-modern.  With hardwood …
